Meet The Team
Dan has spent a career dedicated to serving people with care and precision. He was trained as a Navy pilot and continued his career flying the demanding conditions of the Rocky Mountains utilizing his skills of planning, perception and attention to detail.
Flying was just a part of Dan’s career. He also served as an instructor and check airman and has extensive experience in contract negotiations.
Dan prides himself on his service to his clients and has been consistently recognized as one of the top agents in Keller Williams DTC. He has been recognized as a Keller Williams Gold Medal Winner and South Metro Denver Realtors Association Diamond Circle Realtor.
As the father of four children Dan has been highly involved in numerous volunteer organizations. He has coached for 16 years from preschool to 18 year-old competitive teams.
Dan has been married to his wife, Rosann, for over 30 years and she is a teacher in the Cherry Creek School District.
He enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, boating, and crossword puzzles.
Liz graduated from the University of Colorado in 2011 with a BA in Critical Film Studies. Her degree, combined with her high school involvement in the marketing club DECA, brings the tech savvy marketing skills to the team.
Liz was born and raised in Colorado and has spent all of her life here. She enjoys spending time outdoors and is an avid hiker. Liz also spends a lot of time playing in the park with her dog. When she’s not hiking or in the park, Liz can be found skiing or going for a bike ride.
Her extensive knowledge of Colorado and the Denver Metro Area has helped her gain expert knowledge of the market and neighborhoods’ amenities. From Thornton to Parker and beyond, Liz’s tech skills and extensive market knowledge will guide clients to the perfect home.
Liz is great with first time home buyers, investors, new constructions, resale, and the like. Her integrity and commitment to clients continues to be the driving force behind her success.
